wheel of life

Where does my life need attention now?

One area, a small action and a date to look again.

Method, origin and why this interface

Where the idea comes from

A coaching exercise used in Co-Active Coaching: rate satisfaction across life areas and examine the shape.

Our version

AIM adds editable areas, comparison layers and a two-week experiment. PERMA-H is a set of area labels here; the PERMA questionnaire is not administered.

Why a visual interface

An overlay makes uneven areas and changes between dates visible together. The shape helps you choose a focus.

With an agent

A conversation can help explain a score. Export your map so the agent can ask about one concrete difference.

What you take away

One area, a small action and a date to look again.

How to interpret it

Self-ratings depend on your context. A round wheel and a score of ten in every area are optional; no diagnostic interpretation is built in.

how it works

Name the spheres of your life, rate each from 0 to 10 and keep snapshots as layers: what it was, what someone suggested, what it is now. Then pick one sphere for a two-week focus and write back what changed.

your data

Scores and notes stay in this browser and in the link you copy. The page counts visits anonymously, without session recording and without the part of the link that holds your wheel.
